Bundles the snapshot, matrices, brief and provenance into one local ZIP. The default review copy replaces supplied system identifiers.
Build Evidence Package
Replaces system IDs and removes supplied names, owners and tags. This reduces exposure but does not guarantee anonymity.
Verify a received package
Checks ZIP structure, manifest coverage, every SHA-256 entry and the embedded portfolio envelope without uploading the file.
WHY THIS IS DIFFERENT
One system can look ready while the portfolio is not.
The mapper preserves responsibility per system, aggregates only descriptive counts and keeps uncertainty visible. It joins human disclosure, machine marking and retained evidence without treating any one signal as a certificate.

Missing records stay missing. The portfolio never becomes a compliance percentage.
